When you book a service through our website, we collect the details you submit in the booking form: your name, phone number, email (optional), vehicle type and brand, the service requested, your address or area, and your preferred date and time. We don't collect any information beyond what's needed to fulfil your booking.

We use your details solely to confirm and carry out your booking — this includes calling or messaging you to confirm the appointment, dispatching a mechanic to your location, and sending you service-related updates. We do not use your information for advertising, and we do not sell or rent your data to third parties.

Booking details are stored securely in our database, hosted with Neon (PostgreSQL). Booking notifications are sent to our team via Gmail. Both providers process data only on our behalf and under their own security and privacy commitments.

We use Google tag (Google Ads) to measure the effectiveness of our advertising and understand how visitors reach our booking form. This may set cookies and share limited data with Google for these purposes. It does not affect the personal information you submit through the booking form, which is handled as described above.

You can request a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or request that we delete it, at any time — just reach out using the contact details below.

Submitting the booking form sends us a request — it is confirmed once our team calls or messages you to verify the details. To cancel or reschedule, contact us by phone or WhatsApp as early as possible so we can free up the mechanic's time slot.

You'll always receive a clear, upfront quote from your mechanic before any work begins — no hidden charges. We accept cash, cards, and major digital wallets at the time of service.

Every repair is backed by a 30-day service warranty covering parts and labor for that specific job. If the same issue recurs within 30 days, contact us and we'll make it right.
